Ingredients: sweet rice flour, coconut milk, eggs, water, granulated sugar, canola oil, red (adzuki) beans, brown sugar, matcha (green tea) powder, baking powder, salt
* Contains eggs
Instructions: Store at room temperature. Best consumed within 3 days of pick up. Transfer nian gao to an air tight container if not consumed the day of pick up. Reheat to restore the nian gao’s soft and chewy texture. Preferred method is to lightly toast nian gao in an oven at 325 degrees for 5-8 minutes. You can also reheat in a microwave for 10-15 seconds.
